These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tak77 ("tak77", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the tak77 online gambling platform, including the website at tak77.app, all associated games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support services. Account registration on tak77 requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a date of birth confirming eligibility under the 21+ rule, and a password of the player's choosing. tak77 does not require an email address to register — your mobile number is your primary account identifier. You may only register one account; duplicate accounts are prohibited. During the registration process and at any subsequent point, tak77 may request the following KYC documentation:

• A copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, to confirm the player's identity and date of birth.

tak77 reserves the right to place a temporary restriction on an account pending KYC verification. During this period, the account holder may browse the platform but deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gameplay may be suspended until verification is complete. tak77 is committed to completing KYC reviews promptly — typically within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

All deposits and withdrawals on tak77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tak77 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following transaction rules apply to all accounts:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction within the account dashboard. Deposits are credited to the tak77 casino wallet within 60 seconds of the payment provider confirming the transaction.

Larger withdrawals and withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours. tak77 does not guarantee processing times but commits to processing all approved withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before tak77 will process any withdrawal request. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw until all required documentation has been submitted and approved. tak77 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending review of account activity where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number or bank account details provided for withdrawal match the details registered to their tak77 account. tak77 accepts no liability for delays or failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment details provided by the player. If a withdrawal is returned to tak77 due to incorrect details, tak77 will credit the amount back to the player's casino wallet and the player may submit a new withdrawal request with corrected details.

tak77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket and sports betting promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified tak77 account and have made at least one qualifying deposit of the minimum required amount as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tak77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the tak77 platform without the prior written consent of tak77. Any unauthorised use of tak77 intellectual property may result in legal action. All game content hosted on the tak77 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider and is used by tak77 under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tak77 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the tak77 platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, tak77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the tak77 platform, including losses resulting from bets placed, wagers lost, or bonuses that did not result in net winnings.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the tak77 platform or any game or betting market, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, third-party service disruption, or any other cause outside tak77's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, loss of account access, or security breach caused by a player's own failure to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, or by a third-party attack that could not reasonably have been prevented by tak77.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tak77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. tak77 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence.

tak77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, including registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, and gameplay data. The collection and use of personal data by tak77 is governed by the tak77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. Your continued use of the tak77 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the tak77 platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting tak77 support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and tak77 relating to your use of the platform, tak77's first preference is to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with the 24/7 support team.
